Hello!
I hope you are having fun looking for your new home and appreciate you checking out my ad!
So here is a bit about the place:
2 story 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with large kitchen and living room/dining room, with garage parking.
You will have your own Bedroom and bathroom and if you need some furniture... I do have some extra you can use.
There is a 3rd bedroom that is used as a guest/office for if you have family or friends that need to stay the night... please no long term guests. The home is an end unit and the only sharing walls with the one neighbor are garage walls. The rent includes all utilities except PG&E. It is located near the community pool, several parks and trails and is walking distance to shopping and dining options. I will attach pictures of the room when my current roommate moves out--as to respect her space.
About the roommates:
Well, its pretty simple, its me and my dog--who is a beagle, 13 years old and as sweet as can be. I am an executive at Target, so I work a lot and enjoy coming home to a clean, and drama free home (I am not a neat freak--but I do like it to be tidy). I am very active in yoga, hiking and being outdoors..... so I am looking for a roommate who values the same home life, has a stable job, and is active and healthy. I am very low key and easy to get along with, very respectful of other peoples space and am looking for that in my future roommate as well.
