This house has a stunning view of San Marcos, and beautiful sunrises. The home is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, the Sprinter, Palomar College and freeway 78. The house is completely furnished with new furniture except the bedroom. The room is upstairs and you would share a bathroom with another roommate. Room is 11x11
Rent is $600 a month with a $600 deposit due at signing.
