I am looking to sublease my bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment for the Spring semester and summer. I am moving back to Houston because I have had some stuff recently happen and have to transfer back home! My lease ends July 31st so it is perfect if you are planning on taking summer classes as well or just want to relax in beautiful San Marcos for the summer. My bedroom is on the opposite side from the other roommates so it has the most privacy and is a little bigger than the others. We are in building 1 so it is an easy walk to the bus route and it is right by the clubhouse and right by the pool. My room mates are great girls. Neither smoke or have a pet but of course smoking is okay, we have a HUGE balcony. We keep the apartment very tidy with the exception of dishes in the sink on occasion!
It is $480 a month and electricity is normally $20-$25 a month, all other bills paid. We even have some HBO channels :)
We have a fully furnished apartment and the rooms come with a full size bed, dresser and desk with chair! The apartments also have a washer and dryer in them.
The complex has 3 pools, a free onsite tanning bed, 24 hour game room and computer lab.
I am willing to move out in December or January whichever is best for you!! Even November if you need something that soon!
