3100+ sq ft house has plenty of quiet space as well as lots of shared living space. Large eat-in kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, sitting room, game room. Pool outside and yard, view of canyon w/ a peek of the ocean. Quiet family neighborhood. Two professional males in house now; need at least one more roommate. Gender doesn't matter, but no drama, no illegal activity, and no wild parties! Clean your own mess, be considerate, and everything will be perfect! House is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. Washer, dryer, fridge, some cabinet space in garage, and decent size closets in rooms. It's a great house, in great shape. 1/4 of utlities plus rent.
