I don't have many conditions for my future roomate. Most important condition is honesty. Then comes responsibility....The end. Oh yeah I don't like TV. But feel free to have one in your room. I also think professionalism is a good trait too...OK, really the end.
The house is good and it can be great with the right people. Amenities: pool, laundry room, full garage, sun room / workout room, wood decking (needs work), fireplace, view of the Almaden hills, close to Safeway, banks and restaurants.
