I have a room open and ready to rent The room is furnished is carpeted has dual pain windows Also includes: kitchen privileges washer/dryer seperate refrigerator/freezer cable ready internet ready (wireless)phone jack in the room shared bathroom tall shower PG&E WATER GARBADGE and MORE................ I am close to all freeways 101,87,85,hospital(santa teresa)mall grocery store dry cleaners hair salons starbucks eating places longs walgreens post office gas stations mainly everything i am in the heart of blossom valley around the corner from IBM driving it's about 3 miles I don't allow smoking in the house outside the garage is fine NO drugs !!!! I am looking to get my room rented asap!!! I don't have any pets or kids at the house i respect other people's privacy and i would except the same from you I am looking for long term if possible Serious people only!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO PETS A person that is respectful of the house and the people in it that respects there privicy cleans the common areas in the house My home is not a party house but d have BBQ'S in the summer everyone gets along and i have never had a problem with that so if you feel that you are a fit let me know Thank You for Reading this message Have a wonderful day!!!!!!!
