We are looking for friendly, motivated, conscious working professional or serious students who are clean, responsible, and are all-around enjoyable to co-habitate with. This is a shared housing opportunity. You will have both privacy and the ability to share the common areas. The house has cable TV and internet, washer/dryer as well as full common area and kitchen use. The room is 11 x 11, unfurnished and are available immediately. It has its own closet and shares the hallway bathroom. I've included photos of the house and one room - wall colors are negotiable - two have colored walls and the other one is white. All rooms have windows with light.

House Features: New Colorful 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house, Bamboo flooring, Friendly quiet neighborhood, Park across the street, Living room, Dining room, Loft office space, Laundry room with new washer/dryer, Kitchen with gadgets, Sanctuary space, Backyard with deck, Close to CSL, Conveniently located with easy access to 280, 101 and 87, 2 miles to SJ State University and Downtown San Jose.

There are two small resident dogs and one incredibly sweet cat, so unfortunately, we can’t take any more in. Terms: $650 monthly plus $125 for utilities (gas, electric, water, cable, garbage, wireless internet, cable and bi-monthly cleaning service.) $650 security deposit and first month's rent is required upon move in. Minimum 6 month commitment.
