I am looking for someone responsible, that won't have guests over frequently and respects the household. The house is a smoke and illegal narcotic free household, that includes 420.The room is for single occupancy only. No dogs, cats or other large pets allowed. The property is a five minute drive to DTSJ and DT Willow Glen with the Caltrain station nearby as well and access to 87/280 very near.
The rent starts at $650 for a generously sized and well maintained room. Rent is negotiable depending on the requests of the renter. I currently rent one of the rooms already.
