I am a single mom living in Florida. I visit my daughter who resides with her dad in Tracy. I have been staying with them thus far but now that option is no longer available. I am planning to visit for the summer to spend some quality time with my daughter who is going to high school. I would prefer a room with private entry and bath in the home of quiet non-smoking professionals. although i am looking to stay for the summer, i would like to have a place to be so that i may visit more regularly throughout the year (approx. 3-4 times a year). i am hoping that i can make arrangements with a laid back, kind, moral individual or family. I am a quiet, respectful, respectable lady who carries myself well. I think highly of myself and treat people the way i want to be treated. I am working hard to maintain a relationship with my daughter until i can make arrangements to move closer to her within the next year. I will be needing to visit a few times for career and home search.
