I am relocating to the San Diego area for a career opportunity. I have received confirmation, and will need a place to stay starting June 1st. I would like some space for a quiet professional, who will be working during the day and either going out or sleeping at night. I won't be leaving a huge footprint, won't be partying (much), and probably won't be there for more than six months, although if the right circumstances are in place I would consider long term.
I WILL be paying my bills on time, respecting my surroundings, cleaning up after myself, and acting like a human being. I will also expect the same in return. I will be relocating from the Los Angeles area, but do not know a whole lot of people in San Diego, so a little social time with my new roommate would not be out of the question.
