Preferred room and roommate description

I do not have furniture but will get anything that I will need. I'm an educated, professional (corporate finance), reliable, quiet, and good-natured person, nothing crazy or parties at all. I do occassionally play the piano/keyboard (classical/pop/jazz) as a hobby, so music lovers preferred. I am also a video game nerd. I would be playing Xbox a lot in my room... You or your family/friends are more than welcome to play....a bit of a Guitar Hero. Prefer to be able to keep my pet (neutered/spayed/house-broken). Non-smoker but can live with smokers. I do not drink unless it's a social situation. Move-in date is negotiable. I work in UTC/Sorrento Valley area, but I would like to stay north of my work.
