Preferred room and roommate description

Hi - I'd like to share a house in East County w/in 10 miles of the La Mesa area. I work at SDSU, am respectful of common areas, and am looking for the same. Would like all of the amenities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher... I'd prefer a place that will be a santuary from the outside world so the less drama, the better. I hope to get lots of calls.
