Hi my name is Troy I am 42
I have one room for rent in a 3br,2ba house
The rent is 550.00 per month and 1/2 utilities (apporx 180.00 per month)
that includes (electric,gas,water,Cox cable dvr/internet/phone,trash)
I have lived with females and males but prefer females roommates they tend to be cleaner and more respectable of my things and the house.
The house has two full bathrooms so one would be for me and one for you.
All the appliances are new (washer/dryer/stove/refrig/dish washer)
I have remodeled the entire inside of the house and landscape
I have a garden in the back yard with tomatoes,cucumbers,corn,squash,bell pepper and artichokes.
I have been divorced for 5+ years so no drama, we are friends and her son still comes to stay every ones in a wile, he is 17 and very respectable and has his own room when he stays the night.
