ONE BEDROOM WITH USE OF KITCHEN AND BATHROOM (MUST HAVE SHOWER)
Internet and Cable are NOT required (as we have our own internet service)
We would like it where utilities are included with the rent.
NOTE: Wife has Aspergers (Autism) and gets a monthly check from Social Security and the checks come on the third of the month, so that is the best time we can pay rent, so please work with us on that. I work for HEB and get paid weekly too. We have only ONE car (mine) so parking in driveway or road is no problem.
Also, we are NON SMOKERS too and respectful of others and their property.
We want to move out of where we are at ASAP!
