Preferred room and roommate description

My name is Oscar, I am a graduate student at the University of the Incarnate Word in Pharmacy school. I am 20 years old and Hispanic. I know...I am young, However, I am far beyond my years. I work as a pharmacy technician at Walgreen's pharmacy. I am an extremely clean person. I am Catholic and a very family oriented person. I love people. I do not smoke but will drink if the occasion fits. This is my first house I have recently bought. Let me tell you a little about the house. It is a cozy 2 bedroom house with one bathroom. Its apprx. 900 square feet. The room opening up is apprx. 13X13 Sq. Feet.The floors are wood with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen. It has a deck...that I have unfortunately been unable to finish due to school. It does have a driveway that can fit as many as 3 cars. There is a garage in the back of the property that I have a work out area and also serves as storage. It has space to store any excess stuff of yours. There is Time Warner cable but I have not had the time to get the internet package. Don't worry its coming lol. There will also be a washer and dryer coming in at the beginning of the upcoming year. There is ac window units in the house and area heaters. The front and back yards have pecan trees. There is one friendly dog on the property. I am attaching a picture of myself and will send you a picture of the house when I get another response from you. The rent $450 dollars all bills paid. I am looking to find someone move in Dec. 1st. or the weeks prior to. Thank you
