Hello my name is Anthony. I am a 24 year old army nurse. I am looking for a roommate. I work 40-80 hours a week and do not have time for very much. I don't smoke, rarely drink, and do not host parties or friendly gatherings at home. ( I choose to go out to meet friends). I am very reasonable in expectations and compromise to come to an agreement.
My apartment is 1300 sq ft with two master bedrooms, two master baths with roman garden tubs, and two walk in closets. I am looking to rent out the second room/br to someone. The apartment has lanoleum in the bathroom/kitchen. Granite countertops, washer, dryer, dishwasher, internet included. The apartment complex has two pools, hot tub, cardio and weight lifting rooms, business center with computers, fax, and copy machines, tennis court and jogging trail.
