Preferred room and roommate description

Hi, I'm Jessy. I'm 19 and I recently lost my roommate due to a breakup. I'm looking for a new roommate (preferably female) to move in as soon as possible. I have a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment as of now. I will be residing in the bedroom, and the living room area will serve as a second bedroom. It's pretty roomy and I tend to keep to myself, so space shouldn't be a problem. I've been in a living situation similar to this before and it did not prove to be problematic. The rent is $525 a month and I, of course, ask that you pay half ($270) as well as half of all the utilities (lights and water.)

A little about me. Like I said, I pretty much keep to myself. I work most of the time. I like to throw back a few drinks, but I'm not a huge partier or anything. I do have a dog. He's only 10lbs, really friendly, doesn't bark much. He actually sleeps most of the day. I like to keep my place fairly clean, nothing too extreme. I'm looking for someone I could ideally be friends with along with being roommates. I think I'm really easy to get along with, so if you are interested please let me know :)
