Preferred room and roommate description

I am seeking either a roommate situaton in an apartment, house, condo, etc., or a room to rent within a home. I will need to have access to mostly kitchen, but also enjoy the freedom of using the living area, and washer/dryer if available. I would prefer my own bathroom, if possible. I own one pet, a dog, 6 pounds, and he will stay indoors in his kennel if desired. I am a non-smoker, NO drugs, and minimal drinker. I prefer a non-smoking situation or outside smoker. I work for a major pharmaceutical chain, as well as perform with various companies here in San Antonio and surrounding areas. I will need to be able to practice in my room, as I am a vocalist. Gay-friendly environment, either male or female roommate(s), children are not a problem.
