Physician soon to travel overseas needs a housemate ASAP.
Large room available on second floor. The 2nd floor is completely empty and consists of 4 bedrooms and a full double bath with tub and shower. It is possible to rent a single room, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Furnished or unfurnished. Rent is $400/month. Rent negotiable for the entire floor. WI FI fast internet, cable and kitchen privileges included.
Downstairs there are 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room, breakfast room and a study, plus a master bedroom and a bath with Jacuzzi. I have four gentle and clean cats.
The back yard is enclosed by walls and gates. Laurel Hills is a very safe neighborhood. I live on a very quiet cul de sac. Pets are welcome. The house is enclosed by walls and gates and perfect for dogs.
The house has a 2 car garage.
