I'm a young 58 year old, smoke and have a harmless 3-legged 40lb. dog and would like to share DRUG FREE quiet 3bedroom/2bath home with CLEAN HONEST PROFESSIONAL. Rent is $450 a month unfurnished and includes all utilities except telephone (room has own separate phone line) and $350 security deposit. You would have full use of kitchen, washer/dryer, basic cable, wireless internet and a warm and friendly living environment.
Conveniently located approximately 25 miles from Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Plenty of golf courses (if you play), sporting events, downtown entertainment district, shopping, restaurants, hospitals and airport.
