My name is James, I am a 70 year old disabled veteran.I live on site in my private room. For the most part I stay to myself,that does not mean I am anti-social,it does mean I respect the privacy of others(I am the owner of this property,NOT a room mate) . My living quarters has all my necessities so that I do not use any parts of the remaining household. Currently , there is one private bed room available. What I have available for rent is a Private Bed Room 10' X 12" with a 3' x 8' closet ,this room has a separate security alarm,smoke/fire detector,fire extinguisher and satellite connection (room can be partially furnished or non furnished, your choice) with shared kitchen (w/refrigerator and stove/oven), laundry room with a washer and a dryer , bath room , common living room (with satellite tv ), dining room , air conditioning, large yard , fenced back yard , covered patio and a garden area .This location is near Loop 410, IH 35 , Hwy 90 , and Fm 78. This makes it convenient to Ft Sam Houston Army base -Randolph AFB- SAC jr college and St Phiiips jr college, Also nearby,are the following, HEB grocery store , Walmart "super store" , sapd sub station , fire station , hospital , elementary school , junior high , and high school. There are also several churches nearby , as well as restaurants , and fast food places. Downtown SA is about a 15 minute drive , (also if you don't drive , this area is serviced by Via Transit ). I do not allow druggies , drunks , or "freeloaders" to live in my home.No smoking in my house! I want a renter /tenant who is respectful of the property and rights of others ,and who can and will pay his/her own way. A pleasant personality is a welcome plus. Rent is $350.00 per month , bills are included.
