I'm a 29yr old straight male... I'm into Lifting, MMA, Outdoor sports, Camping, Tubing, Cars, Bikes, etc.... and currently live in Arizona and work as a contractor for the Army. I separated from the Air Force back in Apr of this year after 10+ yrs of service. I'm also in the AF Reserves in Tucson. The house is in a nice safe (I was on the HOA Board of Directors)neighborhood on the W/NW side of town right down the street from the HEB at Patranco and 1604 (Not Heritage!). I'm in need of tenants asap. I had three guys renting my house and they all decided to break contract at the same time. The rooms can be repainted whatever color you like, along with the bathroom as well. I will also be paying to have the entire house professionally cleaned asap. I am paying for wireless high speed internet and the tenants will be responsible for splitting all the utilities. My electric in Aug set at 76-78deg is no more than $170 and the water and sewer never more than 40 each. If you split that three ways it would come to an extra $84 a month in the very worst time of year. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
