My home is a located on Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels Tx. Approx 3 miles from IH-35 and the San Marcos shuttle park in ride for UT. Covered parking, 12 X 14 BR w/walkin closet, private bath, full use of the living and kitchen area. Very quite neighborhood, great views of the lake with water access, boat ramp and community park with club house. Non-smoker but must be okay with cats since I have 2. My background is in real estate. I enjoy water skiing, gardening, reading and hanging out with my friends .
