2 guys need a roommate to sublet the third bedroom. the apt is a single with a shared bathroom. the living area is furnished and there is a second floor patio outside. a shuttle comes to pick up students out front but parking is available in the complex and on campus. not a noisy complex, but we do like to have a party every now and then on the weekends. roommates there are very easy going.
