Preferred room and roommate description
My husband and I are looking for one person to share a two bedroom and 1.5 bathroom apartment with. We are both Sac State Students. These apartments rent by room which means that if we default on our rent it does not affect your standing and vice versa. We could just allow them to stick us in an apartment with some random person but we'd rather find our roommate ourselves. You'll have the main bathroom all to yourself except for the use of the shower because there's no shower in our 1/2 bath in the master bedroom, so we'll share that. The complex has free internet and cable so the only utility we have to pay is smud. It also has a common room with tanning beds, swimming pools, spas, pool tables, big screen tvs etc.. free for everyone's use and it's just down the street from sac state...maybe 3 min on a bike. Oh and each room rented gets their own covered parking space.
I'm Krista and i'm 23-years old, my husband is 24. We were just married this month and need to find an apartment to share with someone that we will enjoy living with. These apartments are the best option we could find after doing some research and so i'm advertising the second bedroom even though we have not signed the lease yet. There are plenty of rooms still available so please contact us and we can arrange to move in at the same time avoiding the random roommate assignments they do.

I was raised in Folsom and my husband grew up in India. We're both really fun and enjoy doing tons of different things. We like all kinds of sports (tennis, table tennis, soccer, baseball, volleyball) ...you name it. Plus we LOVE cooking and traveling and just experiencing new places or attending events. We spend quite a few evenings in but we're very quiet and most the time keep busy with homework.
