I have a 3bd 2ba house. I'd like to rent a room to a female or single mom with a child. I work from home but am very busy and in and out all day. You have to be tolerant of children as there are children in the house during the day. (Not overnight though) You will have to pass a background check to live here due to my job. I have a few animals so you'd have to be ok with that and if you have some as well its ok. I have been told I'm very easy to live with. I don't have any sort of rules like when you can do laundry or anything like that. If you have questions or think this might sound ok please let me know.
