I have a nice newly furnished room located in a quiet and safe upscale subdivision just 6
miles south of downtown near the Pocket Road off-ramp of I-5. It is close to Sac City and Consumnes River Collages as well as an easy commute to Sac. State. There are five shopping centers within two miles. It is a 3000 sq. ft. five bedroom four bath two story home with office space, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, Air conditioning, washer/dryer, fireplace, microwave, pantry and gourmet kitchen with all the tools and equipment to prepare a fantastic gourmet dinner and all the other amenities that come with a new luxury home plus plenty of parking. All you need to move in is your bed and bath linens. I have also eliminated the need to share the yard work and maintain the common areas if you don't like to or don’t have time, your choice.
If you are a mature adult that is responsible, honest and friendly and doesn’t smoke or due drugs, doesn’t have a pet or a drinking problem, you couldn’t find a better place in all Sacramento. You can have all this for only $495 per month plus a $400 refundable security deposit and share the monthly gas and electric bill (est. $40 per month ).
