Preferred room and roommate description

My husband and I (24 & 23 years old) would like to share a house with a responsible student or full-time professional. We are very friendly but also respect other peoples' space. If possible, we would like roommates similar to us in that we are tidy and do our share of the work around the house. My husband is completing his masters at CSUS and I am in my junior year of undergrad. I currently live in Folsom and the commute is horrible so now we're looking for a room somewhere together. Also, I really hope to find roommates that are fun and share some common interests.
