Preferred room and roommate description

I am looking for a room beginning in November 09. I prefer outside pets, No kids, smoking outside.. I am responsible, professional looking for a roommate who is not a STUDENT. I cannot afford rent and a deposit. I need a room that $400 will cover utilities. I basically just eat, sleep, and shower there. I stay to myself and are very quiet, but approachable and friendly. I do not want any more than2 other roommates, females preferred but.. I am trying to stay located in Elk Grove but will take Rancho Cordova since it is close to my job.
