Preferred room and roommate description

I'm currently at the end of the closing process of a house in Madison Heights. Ready for roommate by Nov 15- 20. Its 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths with basement. My boyfriend lives with me as well. We are pretty down-to-earth, chill people and get along with all types of people. We are not party animals but once in while have friends come over for a poker game or to have a couple of drinks. I'm a 21 year old honor roll student at OCC pursuing a Nursing degree. My boyfriend(24 yr.) is a server at Champs in Troy. In his spare time (if not at poker table) you would probably find him in front of a tv playing xbox. He also has a 2 yr old son that comes and visits every other weekend. We also have a 10lb. pomeranian who is very friendly, loves anyone. When not home he will be kenneled and he will be spending a good amount of time outside in his new fenced backyard. We have had roommates before and are very respectful(privacy, noise etc.)I'm looking for someone that can get along with us and hang out, to avoid the whole awkward blind roommate thing. I'm looking for a roommate thats willing to pay $300 a month and pay 1/3 of electricity, gas, and cable/ internet (this should be more than $100 a month). I will never make you pay more than what my boyfriend and I pay each. If interested reply back with alittle about yourself.
