Due to bad housing market, I cannot sell condo until economy improves and need some help with the mortgage. Seeking a professional or well mannered person, for short term stay, 12 months (possibly longer if arrangement works out), who is clean, tidy, fairly quiet. Roomate gets private bedroom, Queen Bed (furnished), and attached full Private bath, and walk-in closet, along with one (1) space in two car attached garage. Laundry on bedroom level. Use of eliptical machine & weights, and workout mat. Storage space is available in basement.
