I am a male in my mid-30s looking for a clean,quiet and fun male or female roomate for the 2nd room in my 2 bedroom apartment,Share 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, (each person has their own separate, full bath.)
in the commercial drive area. Its available oct.1st and the rent includes utilities, cable & internet. 10 minute walk to broadway skytrain,fridge & stove/oven, coin laundry, open parking, non-smokers, commercial drive.Im very open-minded, outgoing and eco-friendy and love to garden, recycle etc. Someone similar would get along well with me :)
