Preferred room and roommate description

I'm very loyal and trustworthy and I just love getting along with whomever I end up living with. I just hope our personalities are very similar and I don't have a problem including my roommate in whatever function I may be having at the time as I want my roommate to always be happy and comfortable in his/her living arrangement. I am African American and I welcome all nationalities and/or whatever your sexual preferences may be, I don't judge as I only have one life to live. I would only hope that the person who ends up being my roommate comes without bag and baggage because life is just too short and it is better to give peace a chance. I'm looking for a very responsible individual who pays their bills on time and someone who is upfront and very honest as this is very important to co-exist in living with me. I don't want to live with anyone who can't pay the rent when it is due and hopefully the person who gets this room comes without problems of any kind other than to rent a room. I would like at least this person to rent this room for at least a year or longer, whichever comes first. I am African American and if you don't have a problem with that, then neither do I as far as your nationality or sexual orientation. I live and let live. The room is completely furnished and therefore, the person who is looking to rent it needs to rent it without coming with furniture as there is no room for furniture to be added and the room is completely furnished and very, very nice and kept nice. I would like the person who is willing to take this room be a very neat and clean person. No eatng is allowed in the bedroom (DO NOT WANT ANYTHING CRAWLING IN THE BEDROOMS I.E. ROACHES) as you will have use of the kitchen for that. I have a pug who is almost 4 1/2 years old and that is the reason I cannot have another dog in the townhouse as he roost the nest and is very friendly to one and all and he is just a beauty. Thanks.
