I'm looking for roommates that are very clean and not the party at home type. People who can respect other peoples property as if it's their own. This is a great location I'm right at Loyola Park. Building complex new gut rehab 2006 in the Roger's Park neighborhood of Chicago. Not always there, I own the condo I will be there time to time to get mail and check up on things and maintenance,clean etc. There will be two total roommate's living there. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo, 1/2 block from the lake, 2 blocks from El red line, 4 to 5 blocks from metra Rodger Park stop at Lunt and Clark St, and is furnished except one bedroom. I rent this with a roommmate agreement. Non smoker and no pet's rent is per roommate and you are responsible only for your share of rent and all utilities are included.
