Preferred room and roommate description

Hello all you renters!!

I am a 21 year old female with a large house and some rooms to rent!! I work full time and go to school full time.

I have grown up in this house and now that its empty i'm looking to fill the space. My house has a lot of great stuff. Its close to highway I 70 20 minute drive to Boulder/Denver/Golden/Aurora and even Littleton Close to Front Range Community College and Red Rocks Community College.

* quiet, safe neighborhood * great deck out front * 3 car insulated garage * great backyard * built in grill * large kitchen with lots of space * big family room with a nice fireplace and HUGE TV * great library space for reading * living room with a fooseball table * closed off study area with desks, perfect for a quiet reading spot or a place to do homework * laundry room with a washer and dryer * huge basement with plenty of storage space

The first bedroom i have is approx 10 X 11 thats over 100 sq feet. It has a closet and a window with a view out to the back yard. It used to be my brothers room so its blue and your welcome to paint it whatever color you want. The second bedroom is approx 11 X 12 has two closets and a window seat. also if your not a fan of green or brown, your welcome to paint it too.

both rooms are a maximum of $500 with the possibility of rent going down. if you are:
