Hello. My roommate is moving out immediately due to personal circumstances, and I need someone to sublet his room until the lease expires in August. Of course, you are welcome to sign onto the new lease should you choose to. This is a five bedroom townhouse with two guys and two girls. There are two and a half bathrooms; one upstairs, half bathroom downstairs, and one in the basement. We have a washer and dryer in the basement. Free parking for residents. You will be paying $260 every month for rent, plus utilities (electricity and Comcast every month, and a water bill every three months). Split between five people, the utilities usually don't cost too much. Comcast is $27 per person, ComED is about $20 per person usually, higher in the winter, and water is about $20 per person every three months. The best part about YOU living here is that your final three months of tenure are absolutely free. This bears repeating, in caps: YOUR FINAL THREE MONTHS OF RENT ARE COMPLETELY FREE. Our landlords require the final three months of rent upfront, and this has already been paid for by our roommate who is leaving. We live in the Old Orchard Townhomes, which is literally a two minute walk from campus. We prefer students, but anyone is welcome to come check out the place.
