Preferred room and roommate description
I am single and have a aquired a very nice 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home....3 car garage...mortgage is getting a little rough and gets kind of boring sometimes...I have never had a roomate but am "possibly" open to it with the right person.. you would have garage parking, washer/dryer, internet, cable, heat/air...all the usual stuff and possibly the third bedroom is another living room so if you wanted the small bedroom you could use that.....I also have two small dogs with and am gone most of the day so some more people contact would be good for them....must love dogs!
