Preferred room and roommate description

Jake is leaving in June and it will just be me and maybe you for the summer. Available until SEPTEMBER

We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt and are renting out half. with us you can have your own room, a walk in close, great natural light, and your own bathroom Shared kitchen, living/dining area, laundry room (we have a washer and dryer free to use) and deck. gas fireplace + vaulted ceilings. There is a 24/7 gym and a pool which is closed until the summer FREE CABLE AND WIFI

we have two kitties that are free to roam all shared areas (both are sweet but a little stupid) we are a young couple but this is not a party house. Smoking only on the deck we are asking a $100 deposit and $400 rent before moving in which could be as soon as today rent (monthly) includes utilities.
