Our house is a 1400 sq. ft. newly remodeled house in north Vallejo. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has a medium-sized fenced backyard.
The monthly rent is $430 per month plus 1/3 utilities.
The security deposit is $430. The garage can be rented for an additional negotiable fee.
The room is an 11x12 foot room with a closet, large window and a hardwood floor. You would share a bathroom with a male.
The household will be you, a female in her 30s, a male in his 30s, 2 medium-sized dogs and 3 indoor/outdoor cats.
You may bring any pet that you want with a negotiable extra deposit.
Smoking outside ok and overnight guests for up to 2 days ok.
The house is 1.5 blocks from a bus stop and near a grocery store.
