Preferred room and roommate description
Hi Im Kent and i have an upstaris singl bedroom for rent with it a private ensuite full bath. I am looking for 3-6 months ideally but, can be flexible depending on the situation. THe room has a nice sized walk in closet and I have a garage if you have some need for storage. THere is a nice front patio that is good for enjoying the the few sunny days left this year or for a cigarette if you are an outside smoker. Closed in with a privacy fenc as well.
You are reasonably clean, and respectful but, able to open and be comfortable as well. I work a normal nine to five and usually get out one or two nights during the week and most weekends. I am fairly laid back and easy going and would like the same. I like to cook and dont mind making engouh for two and or trading off as but, we can discuss your food preferences if you are interested. I would like to avoid dogs or cats but, caged animals are okay...
