I have 2 rooms available, room 1 is 11*10 $450 a month ready to move in. room 2 is 14*11 $500 a month which will be available on 5/1. Each room has it's own key for privacy, the house is near the 210, 10, 15, and 215 freeways, shopping centers, Movie Theater, bus line, metro link. I keep my place very clean, I am quiet, I'm usually at work, and when I have the occasional day off I sometimes have friends over hangout have a BBQ but I don't drink much or do drugs or really disturb anyone for that matter. I'm a 28 year old male there are never parties at my house. The place is in a nice neighborhood family oriented area, about 8 miles away from CSUSB. I am looking for a clean roommate either gender that is respectful and mindful of others around them. Friendly down to earth people that like to have fun but also are clean and respectful of others in terms of cleanliness and noisiness.
