Preferred room and roommate description
Hi. I'm looking for a roommate compatible with my own interests. I am a single person and work for the state and since the inception of the 3 day furloughs I am looking for someone on a temporary basis to fill in the gap until my lease comes due in November 2009 or if things work out, a possible extension. I am a private person, but yet easy to get along with. I am looking for persons who are also single, with no DRAMA from anyone; i.e., baby daddy - violent ex's or anything to that nature. I can negotiate with you if there are situations that are sometimes beyond your control, but I refuse to have any persons living in my home with children who will be spending the night and/or week-end every other week. No sleepovers. Please take that elsewhere. Someone who is clean and able to pick up after themselves. Not a couch potato nor a computer fanatic. Other items of interest can be discussed. Thanks.
