I am looking to rent a room to a well adjusted person in my home it is located in a nice neighborhood conveniently close to downtown, near the shipyard and on the transit system. The room is furnished with ashared bathroom and includes all utilities and land line and phone furnished. Male preferred but not necessary and would like general references. The rent is $450 per month with a $100.00 dollar deposit. I would prefer someone who doesn't have a high influx of people over or the party type living with me. there is a fully equipped kitchen.dining and living room with plenty of seating for relaxing or dinners. cd. dvd, printer, fax etc. all included. laundry , washer/dryer ironing drying racks etc. you would be comfortable here.
