The rent is $600 per month,no other chages.three minute walk to the bus that runs every fifteen minutes to the quincy red line station two miles away also commuter boat and commuter train less than a mile. the commuter boat also,30minutes, runs to logan airport off street parking. prefer someone who doesn't have a high influx of people over or the party type living here. there is a fully equipped kitchen.dining and living room with plenty of seating for relaxing or dinners. cd. dvd, printer, fax wireless internet, full cable tv,all channels, in bedrooms and living room etc. washer/dryer, linens and general housekeeping, all included.outside patios and gardens,gas grill, laundry , washer/dryer ironing drying racks etc. you would be comfortable here if you are not a reclusive person who stays behind closed doors,we are a sociable house, harmonious and friendly without getting in each others way. we will react if the description that portrays yourself is untrue, especially when it comes to smoking,ability to pay rent on time,and especially reclusive,door closed always,eat in room types. this house has many places to sit inside or out, non reciprocating types who take advantage of free food etc. are not welcome.we do not care for those who do not share when they can or are just plain cheap, or too quiet and unsociable. this is not a frat house but we try to be sociable and help each other out. think of this more like a bed and breakfast where you get a great deal for the money, not a smelly rooming house. smoking tobacco and those who smoke it can not live here.
