There is a large yard, modern kitchen, dining room, 1.5 baths, small shareable office, washer & dryer, basement storage, deck, and the nicest dog you would ever meet. Very convenient to downtown, shops, restaurants, the highways, and Boston.
I am a 47 year old male teacher who is easy to get along with. You must be a non-smoker, neat and clean. I want someone that picks up after themselves consistently.
