$650/mo includes all bills. You would have the 2nd private master suite room and connecting full bath & private loft (for office, t.v. and/or exercise room) , full use of my fully-furnished 2,100 sq ft home in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley. I have no kids and 2 small adult-friendly dogs. A queen bed, linens and nightstand can be provided if needed. Loft has a couch and armoire w/ t.v. and satellite box, bedroom also has a satellite box. I have a large backyard w/ fire-pit, limited garage storage space. Must like little dogs, be clean and responsible, have own vehicle and cell phone, no kids.
