40+ professional female seeks housemate to share large and spacious townhouse in Virginia Beach. Close to Oceana, Dam Neck, Sentra Princess Anne and Court House. Large Master BR (15 x 14) with walk in closet (5 ft wide, dbl racks) and separate accessory closet. Large attached bathroom with dual sink, jetted tub, and separate room with commode and shower. Full house privledges include washer/dryer. All utilites including high speed internet, gas, electric, and Fios. Available October 1st. Can be furnished if desired. Security check is required and costs $45 to run. Minimum of 6 month lease.
This is not a partying house and it is located in a very safe, family oriented neighborhood. I enjoy having friends over, but it would generally be a dinner party, not a crowd. No smoking or drugs allowed. Ever. Becoming the best of friends is not a requirement, but it sure makes for a nicer household to enjoy sharing an occasional meal, movie or football games! But then maybe I just watched too many episodes of the Golden Girls!!
