Preferred room and roommate description

I have a furnished room available in Pueblo West, just south of Colorado Springs. It seems like a long drive for some people but I commute every day to UCCS in the Springs and it's a very easy drive.

I have a house that I own and am looking to rent the spare bedroom. I'm 24, female and married. My husband is leaving for Germany and I'm staying behind to keep the house and work on my degree. Ideally I'd like to rent the room out Nov 1 or later but I can arrange something sooner if something is absolutely needed.

The room is furnished but the furniture can be moved out if you have your own.

Wireless internet is available in the house for 1/3rd of the monthly bill (about $20/mo) and I the spare room doesn't currently have a box for TV in it but can be wired for such. We have DirecTV in the house and if the renter wanted a box in their room I will pay for the install but the renter would be responsible for 1/3rd the monthly bill also. I don't watch a lot of TV so I don't have a ridiculously expensive package. Otherwise there is a tv in the office, livingroom and gym room.

The basement has a small gym in it that the renter is free to use.

I have 3 dogs. 2 are medium sized, one is a smaller husky mix, the other is a deaf collie. And the 3rd is a miniature dachshund (who could technically be counted as a cat since she's smaller than one).
