The Apartment is shared between 4 roommate so it follows that the utilities are divided between the 4 roommates, so it is relatively inexpensive. The whole apartment has newly painted walls and the Bedroom itself is newly carpeted as is the hallway that leads to each bedroom. The remainder of the Apt, has wooden floor except for the Bathrooms and Laundry room, which are tiled. The two bathrooms are also divided between 4 roommates, the bathroom associated with this room has a shower, bathtub, and vanity area, with three shelves, and plenty of cupboard space. The bedroom is furnished with a personal closet, dresser, desk, and office chair. The bedroom has a window that faces away from the sun, so the room is not cumbersomely shiny or terribly hot in the summer months. The front room, or main room of the Apt has two beautiful leather couches, coffee table, round dining table,lamp table, two bookshelves, and and an armoire for the Television set.
