If you smoke you can smoke outside. please no pets.You must sign a 6 month lease $325 month ,you pay $4 a month for cable, $ 7.50 a month for internet , there is some storage . It is a nice older home, new furnace,a/c ,waterheater, new roof. Washer and Dryer is in the basement.
