Hello, I am a 42 year old male, professional. I am looking for another open minded, friendly roommate. I own a 2 bedroom townhouse in Providence. Condo is a mile from Rhode Island College, Providence College and bus route #52 to Bryant University. Close to all local hospitals. Townhouse has convenient access to routes 146, 95 and 195. This is an ideal situation for a college student, graduate student or medical student professional. Room size is 12x13, cable TV hook up, wireless high speed internet, air conditioned, closet, futon bed and ceiling fan. Condo has 1.5 baths, security system, deck, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer and parking. Person should be employed and able to pay their rent on time each month, prefer non smoker, neat, trustworthy and responsible. No pets. Rent is $575 which includes ALL utilities.
